How many campuses can Campusless run?
No hard limit. Our architecture scales horizontally. Groups plan customers typically run 3–25+ branches on a single deployment.
Do we sign one contract, or one per branch?
One master contract at the group level, with per-branch billing breakdown if helpful for your accounting. We don't charge per contract.
What does migration look like for a 10-branch group?
Typically 4–8 weeks: data audit, unified schema design, per-branch import in phases, parallel-run validation, then full cutover. All included in onboarding for the Groups plan.
Can we have different grading scales or fee structures per branch?
Yes. Each branch can configure its own, within group-level policies. For example, HQ can mandate fee heads while each branch sets amounts.
Do you handle on-premise deployment?
Yes, on the Groups plan. We can deploy to your private cloud or on-prem servers with full managed support. Hybrid (some branches on-prem, others cloud) is also supported.
