Email, SMS, and in-platform notifications. Parents choose how they want to hear from you.
Delivery receipts
See which parents opened, which bounced, and which never received. No more 'we didn't get the notice.'

Parents can reply to teachers. Teachers see threaded conversations, not WhatsApp chaos. Logged for review.

FAQ
Parent communication, answered.
Do you use SMS, email, or an app?
All of the above. Parents can choose their preferred channel. Campusless sends via email, SMS gateway, and in-platform notifications. A dedicated parent mobile app is on the roadmap.
Can we send group messages or only individual ones?
Both. Target the whole school, a grade, a section, a bus route, a sports team — any segment. Individual messages are also supported.
What about parents who don't check email?
That's exactly why SMS exists. Most schools use email for long notices and SMS for urgent updates. Delivery receipts tell you which channel reaches each parent best.
Will parents stop reading after week 3?
Only if you spam them. Campusless lets you tag messages by priority, and parents can mute low-priority channels. Important alerts always get through.
Can teachers message parents one-to-one?
Yes. Two-way threaded messaging per student. Admins can supervise or audit conversations — useful for compliance.
